Multi-line quote block appears incorrectly in chat

Observed behaviour

only line one shows up in a quote block, all lines after >>> in the message should appear as a quote block Note: this bug #1619 fixes the nested quotes, but is still not showing up correctly in app vs PWA / Desktop

Expected behaviour before text shows normally, but line one, line two, and line three show up in a quote

Can reproduce Confirmed - Message is shown as described when it should be displayed differently. - Beta 2055, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-F966B, Locale de-DE, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.1, Dart 3.12.1
