Links in the connection issues tip are hidden behind the navigation bar

Observed behaviour

The tip is too low, meaning the links show up inside the navigation menu at the bottom

Reproduction steps

  1. Close the app fully
  2. Disconnect from the internet
  3. Open the app and wait until it shows the connection issues tip

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176B, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Can reproduce Confirmed, the status page and incident history links end up behind the android navigation bar - Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 5, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Can reproduce CR: Beta 2035, Version 1.0.0, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
