Observed behaviour

Though unable to send, I was able to type a message and press send

Reproduction steps

Have a server where SEND_MESSAGES flag is turned off

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176B, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Expected behaviour The chat bar should have been blocked and told me that sending messages was disabled in the current community

Can reproduce Disabled operations are dropped

To be clear, these are the disabled operations that affect guilds. They are parsed then dropped, meaning the application does not respect them.
