Observed behaviour

Static emojis Expected behaviour Animated webp emojis should upload as animated emojis and be animated, since the client ostensibly supports animated webps

Reproduction steps

Upload animated webp emoji
Observe its stillness

Summary

Uploading pre-existing animated WebP emojis makes them upload as static/non-animated ones instead of being animated.

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
