Timestamp formats s and S are shown as raw text on mobile

Observed behaviour

Timestamps are just shown as the text, not parsed correctly. NB: s is the numerical date and time, and S is the numerical date and time with seconds

Reproduction steps

  1. View these timestamps:

Beta 34, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

Expected behaviour Two timestamps appear

Can reproduce Confirmed - The parsing of the text only works correctly on the desktop and web clients. - Beta 2035, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-F966B, Locale de-DE, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
