Enabling the "Hide Muted Channels" feature in communities breaks the channel list

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to a random community on Desktop.
  2. Mute a category using the necessary steps to do so.
  3. Enable the "Hide Muted Categories" option.
  4. Now open the mobile app and go to the same random community you did the first three steps.
  5. Observe the channel list

Observed behaviour

The muted category does not exist whatsoever. If you mute all categories -- like I did on Fluxer HQ -- the channel list is completely empty and the community is unusable.

Details

Expected behaviour The muted category would be displayed because categories are not channels and are not meant to be affected by the "Hide Muted Channels" setting.

Small corrections to this report: the issue is largely with the mobile apps' handling of the "Hide Muted Channels" feature being identical to old desktop builds where muting categories or the whole community and toggling the said "Hide Muted Channels" option to ON would basically hide either the whole category from the list, or hide every single channel from the list. While that has long been fixed on desktop/canary, it has not been fixed on the mobile app. This largely makes using the mobile app from a staff perspective impossible, as I need to mute categories/communities to avoid being spammed with notifications/unread markers. Especially in our official communities where we have bots that can generate a lot of noise with logging channels. I would update the title but I don't have permission to do that. If someone with permission can do that, please update this to the following:

The reproduction steps are fine as they relate to categories, but the same behaviour would be observed if you mute the whole community instead of individual categories.
