Able to type messages to blocked users, but not send them

Observed behaviour

I can type my message in the chat bar

Reproduction steps

  1. Open a DM with a user (it can also be someone whom you've messaged before)
  2. Block this user
  3. The chat bar does not get blocked like it would on desktop

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176B, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5 (Recorded on emulator | Reproduced on actual hardware, info above is representative of actual hardware)

Can reproduce CR: Beta 2035, Version 1.0.0, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
