Unable to open a DM for the first time with a blocked user

Observed behaviour

It tells me it failed to open the DM

Reproduction steps

  1. Block a user you have never opened a DM with before
  2. Open the DM

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A176B, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5 (Recorded on emulator | Reproduced on actual hardware, info above is representative of actual hardware)

Expected behaviour It should've opened the DM, even if I can't send messages to the user while they're blocked

Can reproduce CR: Beta 2035, Version 1.0.0, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

This is an API issue–can also reproduce on desktop.
