Server name can be difficult to read on light theme when a server banner is dark

Observed behaviour

Dark text on dark background

Reproduction steps

  1. Set app theme to light theme
  2. Open a server that has a dark banner
  3. Look at server name at the top of the channel list

Can reproduce CR on light theme — Beta 34, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
