Reactions using built-in emotes use phone emoji instead of Twemoji

Observed behaviour

Reactions use the phone’s built-in emoji, which can cause some emoji to show up as a white rectangle if the phone does not have them.

Reproduction steps

  1. React to a message with built-in emojis like 🫡 and 🤔 (message with reactions also available in #channel )
