community text icons do not show correctly on app versus desktop

Observed behaviour

icon is capitalized and only has two characters; "TO"

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a test community or change community with a name of "test one two three" without an icon

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5
