No client-side limit to message length

Observed behaviour

  1. There is no warning for message length regardless of how much you type
  2. After sending, it just says that the message failed to send.

Reproduction steps

  1. Type a really long message
  2. Send

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Expected behaviour If you reach your character limit, the client should warn you that the message should not send.
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Fixed
