Observed behaviour

Replied text preview shows as “-# ***this is small italic bolded text***”

Reproduction steps

  1. Send a message with -# ***this is small italic bolded text***
  2. Reply to the message

Build information

Beta 34, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0

Expected behaviour Replied text preview shows as this is small italic bolded text

Reopened because the reporter can still reproduce this after it was closed.

Can reproduce Confirmed - Reply doesn't display it as it should. - Beta 2035, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-F966B, Locale de-DE, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.44.0, Dart 3.12.0
