Slow mode prevents edits from being sent on existing messages

Observed behaviour

The timer prevented me from sending the edits to my existing message.

Reproduction steps

  1. Send a message in a slowmo channel
  2. Edit the message before the countdown is done
  3. Try to send the updated edited message before the timer is over.

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 8 Pro, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.411.9, Dart 3.11.5

Expected behaviour I should be able to edit already sent messages while the counttdown is still going
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Fixed

Can reproduce CR but this might be intended behavior: Beta 2030, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Can reproduce CR: it doesn't behave like this on desktop, so I don't think this is intended. Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5
