Visionary file limits don't work on android

Observed behaviour

You get a file limit exceded message, file does not upload

Reproduction steps

  1. Try to upload a file that would normally be allowed to upload on pc (in my test it's 27mb)

Build information

Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 8, Locale pl-PL, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5

Can reproduce Beta 2030, Version 1.0.0, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9 Pro, Locale de-DE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5. I could reproduce with a 27MB video file and 45MB zip file.

Can reproduce CR, there is a toast at the top of the screen warning about file size limits, file does not attach to message: Beta 30, Version 1.0.0, Android 10 (arm64), Device samsung SM-N960U1, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.41.9, Dart 3.11.5
