Currently moving channels is returning MISSING_PERMISSIONS despite being the owner image

Can confirm that this is still happening. stable build 172 (a3d1684), 2026-03-25 01:58:26 UTC, Electron 39.5.2, Linux 6.19.9-zen1-1-zen (x64), desktop stable 1.0.0
