I came here to find if there was already an open issue for this, as I first ran into this problem a few days ago - I was not able to rearrange channels in just one of my community's categories. I was able to in all of the others.
Now, I cannot arrange any channel in any category. I even tried removing all voice channels as described in #205 but was still unable to move them.
