Custom Emoji Aliases

Currently, default unicode emojis have many names they can go by e.g. https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/main/common/annotations/en.xml However, custom emojis can only go by a single name.

I'd like for the ability for people uploading emojis to also add alternate names, aliases, or tags to the emojis so the same custom emoji can be searched for and referenced by multiple names. This can probably be applicable to stickers as well.
