Message Length Restrictions for Channels

Current problem

Communities sometimes have channels such as an "introductions" channel where users may introduce themselves. Often, these channels are filled with low-effort responses consisting of just "Hi" or other single-word greetings. There may be other kinds of channels in which low-effort relies would like to be avoided too, not just in "introductions" channels.

Proposed change

Fluxer could allow settings for each channel for a minimum and maximum message length required to post inside it, this would result in users not being allowed and discouraged from posting low-effort responses in such channels. This would reduce the amount of effort required of server moderators to curate these channels. I'm sure there are many other such scenarios where content length restrictions would be useful.
