Pingless Mentions

Current problem

There are times where you'll want to use an @ just to literally mention someone to someone else without pinging that person.

Proposed change

When writing an @mention, show a "notify?" popup similar to the one for reply mentions on whether to notify that person(s). Said @mention's text won't be colored and will have a white background instead of a blue one sort of like this but brighter, a regular mention but desatured. Screenshot_20260928_004522

Additional information

I've seen people using links as a workaround in Fluxer HQ, it would be nice to not have to do that anymore This isn't a feature I've seen on other platforms so it would be nice to have here. I'm not sure about what way of toggling it would be most intuitive though.
