Twitch-style automatic conversion of text to emoji

Current problem

born to emote, forced to type ::

Proposed change

Implement a setting allowing for using emotes (emoji) automatically, without the need to intentionally mark them. For example, typing That's a classic might convert to That's a <smokingduck.gif>

Additional information

Twitch and other streaming platforms use a system like this, and it can be a lot of fun. Since emotes across communities can share names, there would need to be a heirarchy for the emote to default to for plutonium users, likely: favorites > community > other communities > default I'm not sure how priority would work in the case of 2 "other communities" having emotes with the same name, that would need to be considered. : should still be usable as a way to quickly search for emote names to autocomplete if desired. Obviously not all users would want this behavior, so it would need to be toggleable. Somewhat related discussion: zero-width emojis
