Is there a `discord.js`/`stoat.js` package equivalent?

Problem

People don't like using REST APIs by themselves, so discord.js and stoat.js exist because bot developers just want to write a bot without worrying about the low level API specifics. Does fluxer's API have an equivalent NPM package? I have an ambitious project where a bot developer writes one bot that works on several platforms, and I found this project and it looks promising!

Proposed solution

fluxerjs is already taken, but I think fluxerapp would be a good name.

If you've used the Discord API, Fluxer should feel familiar.

Pretty much no one uses the Discord API by itself, so all new bot developers would be learning something new from scratch.

Most Discord libraries adapt with only small tweaks (for example, changing the base URL).

This note is not enough to know what to do? I am worried about stability concerns if I just change the base url of discord.js.
