Add servers in Türkiye to reduce latency

Current problem

We are experiencing ping issues with the Türkiye location; even the nearest server is too far away.

Proposed change

I suggest launching servers in Türkiye; Istanbul and Izmir locations would lead to an increase in our user base.

111 image ping is fluctuating significantly
