Export community template to allow import on another instance

Problem

Export function for community settings to be used with import template function to migrate settings to new instance or used for cloning a community space. Would include: channels, roles and permissions, categories, server defaults.

Proposal

Implement export function working backwards from discord import functionality.

Current problem

Not able to copy a current fluxer instance to another server or custom instance

Proposed change

would be nice to be able to copy current server text along with settings and roles , etc over to a new template to be able to be used for another server like duplicating the server over to a custom instance or new instance on fluxer servers
