Let users require or forbid reply pings to them

Current problem

right now, you can only set others reply pings to "suggest" (couldnt thinkg of a beter word) which option to use for you

Proposed change

i propose that theres a toggle to force it instead of suggesting it, so you can make it so nobody can reply ping you or everyone has to reply ping you

Additional information

i mainly suggest this because i HATE when people dont reply ping me so i want it always on and i dont want people to turn it off for any reason because on discord its so fucking annoying when people reply to me with useful information and dont turn it on even though in my display name it says "ALWAYS USE REPLY PING" and in my message i say "(REPLY PING PLEASE)" (this actually happened im not making shit up)

I don't think forceing would work. For always ping it would work but for never ping you could always just add the ping manually with @. Also there is already the option to either set the reply default or set the default AND warn the user if they try to change it (maybe the wording on the warning could be stronger??). Forcing this would not be a good idea imo.
