Translations for community names, channel names and descriptions

currently you can only have strings for server information in one language, this isnt good for multilingual communities as its more difficult for them to discover yours

you should be able to provide translation strings for server information such as the names of things, the channel names/descriptions, etc i also think it should be its own separate permission so you can have people that could translate them without having other abilities i think it should also be exclusive to server information so moderation isnt miserable and you dont have to look through 20 different translations of peoples bios or whatever
