Continue a blockquote across new lines after a single >

Current problem

At the moment, a single greater than > will quote written or pasted content as intended, as will >>> multi-content, neither of these features are broken. However, I'm requesting a single > to begin blockquote flow through all pasted content (or written new lines) in the editor, as this will bring parity with other platforms (including GitHub itself) and allow multi-paragraph content to be quoted properly.

Proposed change

Expected behaviour is to flow content inside blockquote until either message is sent or backspace is tapped on empty line, as works in other spaces.
