Jump directly to the last read message when opening a chan with new responses

Problem

If i want to read everything i missed in a chan with new responses, i must scroll up and wait while it loads. It would be more practical if i didn't had to do that.

Proposal

Jump directly to the last read message when opening a chan with new responses.
