Option to turn off Opus voice EQ filtering in direct input mode

(#1367) Feature Under consideration voice

Problem

Opus applies a frequency curve when it's optimized for voice that adds a big low cut around 80hz and also does some more cuts and boosts in the high end

Proposal

I think it would be great if there was an option to disable this filter for people that don't want it like myself. I use other programs to decide exactly how i want my audio to sound (especially as a musician playing instruments) So it would be nice it would be possible to make the frequency curve it applies just flat if that makes sense!

I would like to clarify if it was confusing: Basically for the "direct input" preset that is supposed to be completely unaltered, it would be nice if it truly was unaltered including removing the eq filtering that opus applies. Not sure if fluxer has already removed this or not, i'll have to measure it.
