Role assignments/Channel selection menu
Problem
Separating my original post as requested.
Proposal
Reaction roles (role assignment using emojis) being a native feature rather than using a bot.
Maybe even like a menu channel where you can select the channels you want to see for the games you play.
Maybe a built in feature to "subscribe" to text channels, for example. Maybe one comes to a server for 1~3 text channels, the other channels could be seen as clutter maybe having a master/control channel where users can hide/unhide channels they may want to interact with. I think a good example of the use case would be:
GAME A Channel - USER Plays this game
GAME B Channel - USER Doesn't play this game and has no interest
Hide GAME B Channel to reduce clutter and make the interface cleaner/easier to navigate.
