TTS feature improvements
Problem
Separating my original post as requested.
Proposal
TTS built in and not requiring a bot. Looks like there may already be a request for this? Not sure if that setting is already available correct me if it is.
Looks like it is, but to further improve on the feature, add the ability for the server owner to toggle it on/off in the voice channel, and give users the option to mute TTS if they don't want to hear it.
