Community onboarding guide and role icons next to names

Problem

lets say shows you a screen after you joined that fluxer server shows you a announcements ping some stuff to choose same thing that discord has rn, lets say you in role owner or any role you can put icon in it will be cool like what guilded and stoat has rn (ik roblox shutdown guilded absolute legend)

Proposal

add icons & guide to fluxer servers
