Add Gain control/Noise gate slider

Problem

There is no gain control or noise gate slider currently, so if noise suppression does not handle background audio, there is not a way to adjust the gain or noise filter to suppress background audio

Proposed solution

Similar to discord, add a noise gate or gain control slider that allows the user to adjust the noise filter
