Summary

When I try to add my phone number as 2FA, I recieve an Internal Server Error notification. It looks like when I enter in my phone number it is supposed to show (123) 456-7890, but it is missing the first parentheses (as shown in the image).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to User Settings
  2. Click "Security and Login" Tab
  3. Scroll down to "Security"
  4. Click "Add Phone"

  6. Click "Send Code"
