Cache recently loaded media on the device to save mobile data

Problem

Currently opening a new channel or server, the media is still some times loaded from network. This quickly fills data package plans.

Proposal

Having more content saved on the user device in persistant storage, cookies or localStorage.

Notes

Taking into consideration that I was unable to test this in offline as the loading screen opens up.
