Tell users the native title bar setting needs a restart

Problem

The setting "Use native title bar" does not apply immediately, presumably due to technical restrictions. Nowhere in the app does it say that you need to restart to apply the change.

Proposal

The setting should say that you need to restart the app to apply the change.
