Add "Start Fluxer minimized in the background" (System Tray.)

Problem

If i configure fluxer to start with the system, it starts maximized blocking a clean startup of your system.

Proposal

What I'm asking is a aditional option in settings or even if a "--hidden" flag to start Fluxer minimized on the tray instead of starting maximized.
