Visible icon when a message is being edited

Problem

currently it is not visible when a sent message has been opened and doesn't help when communicating as new information could surface

Proposal

An icon or blinking text when a sent message has been reopened for editing. To show the user that something is being revised or added.

Notes

A toggle like writing indicator would be necessary aswell.
