Admin UI unfiltered lists & total counts

(#1291) Feature Under consideration self-hosting

Problem

Currently as an admin I have no native way of knowing how many users/guilds/etc my instance has.

Proposal

It would be nice if lists were able to return items without first filtering and showed a total count so that it is trivial to see a full number as well as be less dependent on the relatively few filtering options.

Notes

Some might say it violates privacy to be able to just randomly list all users, but you can already do that by just inserting a single letter and going through the alphabet. In my opinion if there are privacy concerns I believe those should be addressed separately.

If you're the admin you need to be able to see all users details (minus password of course) anyway so the privacy concern is null. I have upvoted this as a general user list is needed without filtering.
