Allow me to open my members list no matter how big/wide my window is

Problem

I can't open members when Fluxer is taking up half my monitor (wide) image

Proposal

I don't mind if it squishes or covers the main channels, but I want to at least be able to check who is online without having to fullscreen. In {common alternative app}, you can resize the left side to help with spacing. But the middle chat box also just wraps so it squishes text and shrinks photo previews. I think it would be nice to be able to resize both the left channels and the right people panels. I like the option where I can open the members panel no matter what size the Window.
