Alternative quick account / instance switcher location in sidebar

Problem

Currently in the Canary client, the method to access the account / instance switcher requires a click on the profile and then a hover over Switch accounts to see your other accounts.

Proposal

I think a quick account / instance switcher would be nice to have in the sidebar starting from the bottom. Of course it's minor but it could be a nice QoL improvement. If the user only has one account then it shouldn't appear and a second / additional accounts have to be added from the Switch accounts option under the profile.

Notes

Potential con: Those in many communities on one instance will lose space in the sidebar to accommodate this if they use multiple accounts. Here is a quick mock up of how I envision this alternative account / instance switcher design. fluxer instance switcher mockup
