Problem

There is currently no way to ban a user who has never joined a server. In some cases, communities cooperate closely with one another, even sharing invite links between servers. This can sometimes lead to situations where potentially unwanted individuals attempt to cause disruption – for example, by organizing raids or sending spam through private messages when moderators are unavailable. On a Discord, it is possible to copy a user’s account ID and use a bot to ban that person preemptively. However, it would be useful if such an action could also be performed without relying on external bots.
Proposal

In the “Bans” tab, there could be a dedicated text field for entering a user’s account ID or, alternatively, their Fluxer username with discriminator (e.g., name#1234). After pasting the identifier into this field, moderators could use a dedicated button to ban users who have never joined the server.
