Profile picture albums and personal channels

Problem

These are features implemented in Telegram that I feel could find some use in Fluxer and can also appeal to more users. A PFP album is feature on Telegram where, when you open a user's profile and tap on their profile picture, it opens a collection of square aspect ratio photos that the user uploaded to their "album". PFP albums can help a user expand their bio by showing, for example, art of characters that interest them, their own characters, or just general interests. A single user can have hundreds of images in their PFP album, but it may be in the interest of instance owners to set a hard limit on the number of images a user can upload to their PFP album. Screenshots shown below of how it works: Screenshot_20260703-215349 (1) Screenshot_20260703-215400 Screenshot_20260703-215410 The second feature from Telegram I would like to see implemented are Personal channels. They serve as an extension to Fluxer's current character-limited profile bio text field. These would behave like a single community's channel, but only the user can post on it. This can be used to provide larger quantities of text, photos, and other media (e.g. an artist showing off their work, or a person selling computer hardware a la Ebay or r/HardwareSwap).

Proposal

1) Expand on Fluxer's profile picture system to allow a user to have multiple profile pictures, which can be viewed as an album. 2) Allow users to have a single, personal channel of their own to post on, which is displayed on their profile.

Notes

Instances should be able to set a hard limit on the amount of photos a user is allowed to have on their PFP album. Instances that do not wish to use PFP albums can simply set a hard limit of 1 image per user. Personal channels should also be made optional for the instance owner.
