Embed Whitelist

(#1259) Feature Under consideration embeds moderation

Problem

Allowing embeds for certain websites and not all. For example might wanna disallow embeds for everything but klipy.

Blacklist/Whitelist urls, with wildcard support like match in userscripts. Example: *://*.youtube.com/*
