NixOS module for self-hosting Fluxer

(#1256) Feature Under consideration packaging self-hosting

Problem

Fluxer has no Nix package or NixOS module, so it can't be run declaratively on NixOS.

Proposal

A flake exposing packages and nixosModules for Fluxer's services, so a host can run them declaratively:
services.fluxer.<service>.enable = true;

Notes

Fluxer's backing services already have NixOS modules: PostgreSQL, NATS, Meilisearch, LiveKit, Caddy, and Redis/Valkey. The only missing piece is Fluxer's services. Any S3-compatible store works, and Garage already has a maintained module.

I tried to start the nix packaging of the different component of fluxer but it was too difficult for me alone (I'm not a JS specialist): it will require a lot of work to have a fully functional module

it would be awesome to just at least have fluxer hosted in nixpkgs

This would be nice, but considering how fluxer is packed (OCI Container Format), i could see it being difficult. It's built almost specifically for a Docker (and in high scale production, Kubernetes) microservice paradigm
