Allow Bridging Displayname/Role Colors (Like Stoat Does With Masquerade)

Problem

When bridging cross-platform with platforms that have colored roles, Fluxer does it just like Discord with colorless displayname on the bridged messages. Stoat, however, shows the role color in the displaynames of bridged messages from platforms like Discord and Fluxer.

Proposal

Fluxer should also provide functionality for showing role colors through a bridge, like how Stoat's masquerade feature works. Perhaps Fluxer should adopt Stoat's masquerade permission and features. Screenshot_20260624-221502 This would be a QOL change.
