Summary

during authenticator app setup the window Verify Your Identity asks for password but it returns with Invalid Code.

Steps to reproduce

go to user settings Security & Login under the security tab Authenticator App click on enable use app put in the digits and click continue

Environment (optional)

tried on mobile android , browser windows 11, app windows 11

Cannot replicate on my end, 2FA setup works just fine. What app are you scanning the QR code with to setup 2FA? I've successfully setup with Aegis

i have gotten it working now but it think i got confused. i was mid setup and ether miss clicking made me click on the enable again and i thought the QR code was still the same and since the error happens on the password page not the code page i did not realize the code was from a older setup session. this might be just an unclear UI issue my bad again
