Custom window decorations should be allowed to be disabled

Problem

The window decorations do not match my window manager and this is particularly problematic for people who do not use a Windows-like title bar layout. image

Proposed solution

An option in Look & Feel or Advanced should exist to disable the Fluxer titlebar and add back the window border.
