Hidden Roles

Problem

Sometimes roles should be restriction, but not everyone should see that on the server, this would be nice for groups you are blocking a user out of, or things like banning a user from the ticket system, or restricting their access to certain features. Fluxer_2026-05-02_07-08-27-813_9814-mod1

Proposed solution

A toggle on the role to allow us to hide the role from everyone who doesn't have manage role permissions (or assign roles if you ever separate those) and the individual that has the role attached to themselves.
