Ability to choose default react emojis

Problem

Right now, Fluxer's default react emojis are based off the most recently used emojis. If you use specific emojis to react but they aren't your most used emojis, it can get slightly irritating to have to go into the "add react" menu and then find the emoji that you want to react with.

Proposed solution

Add the ability to choose a preset selection of emojis that will persist when you go to react, instead of it defaulting to your most recently used emojis.
